TR Accounting Services was founded in 2015 with a simple goal to help small and medium-sized businesses in Karratha and the Pilbara feel more organised, supported, and confident when it comes to their finances.

What started as a small practice has grown into a trusted business built on strong relationships, reliable support, and genuine care for our clients.

TR Accounting Services began as a sole trader business and evolved into a company in 2025 after more than 10 years of supporting businesses across a range of industries.

Although the business has grown over time, the same warm support, honest care, and personalised service remain at the heart of everything we do.

Meet Thilini

I'm passionate about taking the stress out of bookkeeping so business owners can focus on what they do best, it's what led me to found TR Accounting Services in 2015.

With over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, I work closely with business owners to keep their bookkeeping up to date, stay on top of BAS and payroll obligations, improve their systems, and feel less overwhelmed managing their finances.

As a Registered BAS Agent and Xero Silver Champion Partner & Certified Advisor, I focus on providing reliable, practical, and easy-to-understand support tailored to each business.

My background working in tax accounting roles across several WA accounting firms gives me a broader understanding of business finances, so I can look beyond the numbers, spot potential issues early, and offer well-rounded guidance. Through my trusted tax partnership, I'm also able to assist clients with a range of tax return services, while I continue working towards obtaining my own Tax Agent license.

I believe every business deserves support that's genuinely built around them, not a one-size-fits-all approach — and for me, success isn't just about staying compliant. It's about helping business owners feel supported, take the stress out of their finances, and know their numbers are in trusted hands.

Eesha – Bookkeeping Support & Administration

Eesha is an integral part of our team, supporting a range of bookkeeping and administration tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records across client files.

Working closely with Thilini, she continues to build her practical experience across different businesses and industries and plays an important role in keeping our clients' records accurate and up to date.

She is known for her friendly, supportive approach and takes great care in everything she delivers for our clients.
